The owner of Sal’s Famous Pizzeria is asking his customers and friends to show up at Village Hall and oppose the application of Eduardo Matute, to open Sorriso Café, at 122 No. Carll Ave., the current location of Babylon Crepe & Pita Grill.

In a Facebook post, he says that,”We found out that 3 doors down from us where the Greek/crepe place was is now turning into an Italian take out which will have a direct effect on Sal’s Famous.”

The public hearing will be held Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. at Village Hall, 153 W. Main Street, Babylon, NY. More information is available here.
