There were some questions about these on some other posts, so I figured I’d share what I know, which isn’t much.
They’re making some nice progress. I see them every day on my way to work. Georgia Westcott is listing them and she’s got a website up with more info.
The site lists the prices as starting as $559K, but there’s no floor plans or model descriptions. I’m not sure if there’s more than one model. The site is a little unclear on the subject.
I assume these are going to be very high-end on the inside, but $559K seems like a lot for an attached townhouse with a scenic view of the Babylon train station.
Village Park Condominiums are 2 or 3 bedroom floor plans all with 3 baths including a master bath. The units are over 2300 square feet with a bonus room on the ground floor. The main level has an open floor plan with a Dr, Lr, Kit Den and full bath. Upstairs is either 2br 2 baths or 3 bdrms 2 baths. The units are beautiful with hardwood floors, granite counters and energy star stainless appliances in the kitchen. They have a very spacious open feel and are constructed extremely well. The landscape plan is beautiful as well and once you are in the complex it will feel very secluded with black estate fencing on the perimeters. It is not a gated community. There is no age requirement.
Thanks for the info, Georgia.
So, the two and three bedroom units will have the same square footage, is that correct? Will the pricing be the same? How many of each are planned to be built?
Also, in my opinion, if you’re looking to move nine million dollars worth of high-end condos, you’re going to want a nicer, more full featured, web site for them. If you’re interested, drop me a line at my info (at) homeinbabylon e-mail and I’d be happy to talk to you about it.
“…hardwood floors, granite counters and energy star stainless appliances…”
Pergraniteel™! Wow, just when you thought folks might have learned something. Thanks for that blast from 2005. Are Avocado appliances coming back too?
