Some nicer May weather this weekend and 28 open houses on the list so far. It looks like a nice weekend for some open house visits, although I might just skip it and enjoy a nice spring day in Babylon Village.

Some nice spring weather and a bunch more houses on MLS. What could be better? There are 36 open houses listed in Babylon as of this writing, although not all of them are for this weekend. I’m looking to visit Lee and Washington this Saturday. We’ll see how that goes.

The number of homes on MLSLI for Babylon seems to be dropping. I don’t see the sales coming up on the Sold Homes list, but that thing works intermittently anyway.
