The joys of home ownership have kept me from doing much blogging, not to mention the lack of things to write about. Buying a house has somewhat dampened my interest in real estate and the market. The long list of chores still undone on the new place have taken away a lot of the time available for writing.
Still, I do have this blog and I want to write something. In the mean time, feel free to leave a comment if there’s something you want to talk about.

It would appear that April 30, 2010 has come and gone without an extension of the buyer’s tax credit. But, over $22 BILLION to Fannie and Freddie last week – ouch! – guess I gotta work harder. Situation well summed up in this video.
Anyway, where can I send the $8 check?
I bet those shakes will clean up with a powerwashing.
Does anyone have the number for Public Safety? Sometimes there’s stuff going on that doesn’t warrant a 911 call or a call to the precinct, but I’d still like to be looked into. How do I get in touch with them? Thanks!
