What Evil Lurks On Livingston Ave?

142 Livingston, just appeared on MLS today.

Hmm…nice Tudor style house on a big lot. But wait, what’s that in the back?

Could it be…The Eye Of Sauron!

eyeofsauron

Many described the enemy as a great Eye, lidless and wreathed in Flame… and Eye ever searching for the One Ring. All of the power of the Dark Lord was in motion.

Suddenly he felt the Eye.

There was an Eye in the Dark Tower that did not sleep.

He knew that it had become aware of his gaze. A fierce eager will was there. It leapt toward him; almost like a finger he felt it, searching for him.

Blame Debra for this post — she’s the one who pointed it out to me.

Suuure, it’s a gasoline sign. That’s what they want you to believe.

Are you going to look at the ranch on Village Line Road? Previous owner started doing some updates and I guess ran out of money and it’s now on the market mid-renovation. But a nice piece of property and nice street.

Thoughts on the Livingston Tudor? Enjoyed the pool and didn’t have time to go!

    Quick thoughts.

I liked the house a lot. Nice pool. Big yard. Some very nice touches inside. Big kitchen. Spectacular bathroom downstairs.

However, maybe too many knocks for a house in this price range. Modestly-sized bedrooms. Third bedroom is particularly small. Plus, at this price you may be looking for a fourth bedroom/office. Busy street. Kitchen has an odd layout with not enough work space/counter space.

I should have a post on it up later in the week.
