Regarding the property at 401 Park Ave. As a close neighbor to this home and someone that has watched the construction of this home as well I was puzzled that this home would have oil heat as I watched the gas company install their lines during construction. I asked the owner/builder and he told me the home has a 93% efficiency gas fired furnace with hot water baseboards as was noted. The home also has central air, but NO oil fired heating system. I figured in the interest of accuracy I would let you know as it was your biggest fault with the home and rightly so if it were the case…..
